Our offerings include the Sleep Foundation Session, Four-Week Rhythm Programme, and Evening Wind-Down Intensive as described on sleep-offerings.html. Coaching is not medical care, therapy, or a regulated health service. Individual outcomes vary based on commitment, environment, and personal circumstances.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book coaching independently. If you are booking on behalf of another adult, you confirm you have authority to do so. You agree to provide accurate information when registering, enquiring, or paying for services.
Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with site functionality, scrape content without permission, upload malicious code, or use the site in any way that could harm Flourishbeaut or other users. Bookings and Payments
Coaching sessions and programmes are subject to availability. Prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are communicated at booking. Failure to pay by the agreed date may result in cancellation of reserved sessions. We reserve the right to update pricing for future bookings; confirmed bookings honour the price agreed at confirmation.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Session changes must follow the timelines in our Return Policy. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur fees as specified there. We may reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and will offer reasonable alternatives.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for implementing suggestions between sessions, communicating honestly about your routine, and seeking appropriate professional support for health concerns beyond the scope of lifestyle coaching. You agree not to rely on our services as the sole source of guidance for serious sleep disorders or mental health crises.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, our website and coaching services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant specific sleep outcomes or improvements.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, Flourishbeaut is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or coaching services.
