This Return Policy applies to coaching products purchased from Flourishbeaut, including the Sleep Foundation Session ($149 AUD), Four-Week Rhythm Programme ($520 AUD), and Evening Wind-Down Intensive ($289 AUD). Because our offerings are personal lifestyle coaching services rather than physical goods, refunds and cancellations follow the rules below.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if services fail to meet consumer guarantees, such as not being provided with acceptable care and skill or not being fit for the disclosed purpose. This policy does not limit those statutory rights.

Cooling-Off for New Bookings

If you purchase a coaching package online or by written agreement and your first session has not yet occurred, you may cancel within seven calendar days of payment for a full refund of fees paid, excluding non-refundable third-party charges if any were disclosed at purchase.

Sleep Foundation Session

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session receive a full refund or free rescheduling, at your choice. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit 50 percent of the session fee. No-shows without notice are non-refundable. If we cancel your session, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling.

Four-Week Rhythm Programme

If you cancel before the programme start date, you receive a full refund minus a $40 AUD administrative fee. After the programme begins, refunds are calculated on unused sessions: each completed week is charged at $130 AUD, and the balance of prepaid fees is refunded for remaining weeks not delivered. Programme materials already provided are non-refundable.

Evening Wind-Down Intensive

The intensive includes two sessions. Cancellation before the first session follows the 48-hour rule above for a full refund. After the first session is completed, the second session fee may be refunded only if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled second appointment; otherwise the package is considered fulfilled at partial value and no further refund applies.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule any session once without charge if we receive at least 24 hours notice. Additional reschedules may incur a $25 AUD fee. We will reschedule without charge when illness or emergencies prevent attendance, supported by reasonable notice.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers for coaching sessions are refundable within fourteen days of purchase only if no session has been booked. After booking, standard cancellation terms apply to the recipient.

How to Request a Refund

Submit your request via our contact form or in writing to the details below. Include your full name, booking date, package purchased, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days.

Disputes

We aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly. If you are dissatisfied with a session, contact us within seven days so we can discuss a make-up session or partial credit before escalating to external dispute resolution.
